This award was constituted in the year 2013-14 by Mr. Purnachandra Rao, IPS, the then City Police Commissioner of Vizag as a way to highlight the importance of safety, security, equipment, and good maintenance in apartments in Vizag.
This year, the award was presented to Shriram Properties by Mr. T. Yoganand, IPS, the City Police Commissioner and the governing body of CREDAI, Vizag chapter. The Commissioner appreciated the safety and security features of Shriram Panorama Hills, Vizag in his speech and said that the project is a role model for other projects in the city.
